Data controller

What we collect

Early-access list: your email address (required), first name (optional), whether you opted in to wider news, and the signup time. A one-way hash of your connection's IP address is stored for spam and abuse prevention.
Contact emails: whatever you choose to send us by email.

Why we use it

To notify you when registration for Limhamn Hybrid Race opens (legal basis: consent). If you opted in to wider news, also to send future event announcements. We never share your data with partners or sponsors for their own marketing.

Registration and payments

Athlete registration, payments, timing and results are handled by BTTLGRND, a separate platform with its own privacy policy. This website does not receive your registration or payment data.

Storage and retention

Signups are stored in a secured database that is not publicly readable. [REQUIRES APPROVAL] Retention period, e.g. deleted after the 2027 event.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@limhamnscrossfit.se. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
