The Race

Strength.
Endurance.

Racing.

Outdoor running meets indoor functional fitness. One continuous race, start to finish.

Overview

Out and back. Eight times.

Each athlete or team leaves the gym for a running segment around Limhamns CrossFit, then returns inside to complete a functional station. That cycle repeats until all eight stations are done.

The clock never stops. Pacing, transitions and composure under fatigue decide the race as much as raw strength or speed.
